As A Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to: Thrive in a high-performance sale culture (competitive environment) Generate new business through self-generated,40- 50 calls per day. Be a hunter. Grow and maintain client relationships. (bring new business) Achieve sales targets. (You would need to provide a proof of billings from a similar sales/external recruitment role) Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry. Full 360 recruitment cycle (business and candidate development) Requirements: Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics. Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling A track record of achievements (work, sports, academic achievements) An ambition to be the best version of yourself.
