Recruitment Consultant - - Cape Town City Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in 360 agency recruitment or sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
