A professional staffing business specialising in Executive, Permanent, IT Contracting and RPO services, seeks an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients. . Generalist recruitment duties across all sectors. Source and place vacancies allocated to you Place adverts on various job portals Source, screen and interview candidates Provide clients with a shortlist of suitable candidates Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients, making sure that they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs. Collaborate with the cross-functional team (Talent Sourcers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Sales Team). Clearly communicate the progress of recruitment activities via weekly and monthly status reports to Management. Achieve monthly and annual set targets. Continue to uphold the values and culture of the business A minimum of 5 years' working experience within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
