The incumbent of this role will be responsible to drive the full talent acquisition and retention processes in order to ensure appropriate human resourcing in all areas of the organisation in line with our vision and strategy for recruitment. Proactively find and implement methods to attract skilled talent for the organisation. The successful incumbent should have experience in fulfilling the complete recruitment process in a corporate environment. Previous experience within the Travel sector is advantageous. Complete the full recruitment process for all job levels within the organisation; Head Hunting Internal and External advertising- full management of this process Ensure internal compliance with processes Serve as an HC representative in interveiw processes, as a well an objective interview panel member Ensure the necessary interview assessments, references and ITC checks are completed Able to interpret and understand Psychometric tests Maintain internal database Excellent organisation and administration skills Weekly and Monthly updates and reports Accurate feedback and skill up plan Grade 12 Degree/Diploma: Human Resources MS Excel- Intermediate to Advanced Recruitment systems
