Established UK based Recruitment Agency seeks a seasoned recruiter to do business development in the UK, and also sell their Employer of record service to UK based companies. Full 360 recuitment and Employer of Record services. Business Development Account management Recuitment Administration Cold Calling Min 5yrs recruitment experience and set up to work from home (we do have an office in CT Central if you would prefer to work from an office). You will need to be a full 360 recruiter who is not scared to make cold calls and hunt for new business. What makes this role super attractive is the EOR aspect, which will build you basic monthly. This role is more suited to a mature person, who has attended the school of life. There is the potential to manage a team, so management experience would be a plus. Basic R15 000 pm In addition: 10% commission on international permanent placements. 10% of the billed EOR fee. 10% commission on local permanent placements. 10% commission of contract value on local contractors. Incentives R1000 connectivity allowance.
