We offer specialist resourcing services to clients across a range of industries (mainly Financial Services). We are looking for a Graduate who is seeking to enter the field of Recruitment, to join our team Responsibilities: Sourcing and finding suitable candidates on various sites/career portals e.g., LinkedIn, Career Junction, DITTO Hire etc. Preparing all job advertisements Screening potential candidates for active vacancies Typing CVs Keeping up to date with candidates’ rounds of interviews Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, e.g., shortlisting, call-backs, or rejection calls/emails Collecting all documents to conduct background checks Maintain the candidate database (DITTO Hire) and handle any relevant paperwork on operating system Requirements: Degree, National Diploma, Diploma or Certificate in HR, Business Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field 0 – 1 year relevant experience Must be based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town Solid MS Outlook skills Strong time management skills Great interpersonal abilities Strong telephonic etiquette Confident, and great relationship building capabilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
