Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for an Recruitment Sourcing Team Leader at our Head Office in Midrand. The successful candidate will efficiently manage all process and delivery requirements of the Recruitment Sourcing Hub to deliver a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Effective and efficient utilization of recruitment systems and tools. Minimum Requirements: Essential: Grade 12 / Matric Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a recruitment environment Advantageous 1 year in a supervisory position, experience in recruitment in the FMCG/Retail sector Duties and Responsibilities: Implement sourcing requirements to build a pipeline of applicants for Entry level roles such as learnerships, cashiers, merchandisers etc. Effectively utilise various sourcing channels including digital platforms to source applicants Ensure that first-round screening of applicants is conducted by the team to identify strong potential candidates that meet the inherent requirements of the job Ensure team follows a thorough candidate sourcing, application, and screening process as per set recruitment guidelines Ensure thorough background checks are conducted and scrutinized for each candidate and escalate discrepancies Ensure team telephonically engage with candidates to accurately map role and locations into the talent pool Maintain and monitor compliance by establishing a sourcing checklist and ensure alignment and delivery with the team Partner with internal recruiters to understand sourcing demands and requirements to ensure correct match to talent pool Establish and maintain a sourcing database and ensure the accuracy of the information supplied by the team Conduct telephonic interviews to screen potential talent and ensure applicant notes are maintained on the profiles Maintain an effective communication approach with all stakeholders and provide constant feedback and updates Ensure all jobs are advertised on the various recruitment platforms Ensure that all applicants receive feedback on the status of their applications Maintain all vacancies in the system to ensure that the vacancy status is updated in accordance to the standards of the system and Dis-Chem recruitment operating procedures Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and the turnaround time to fill the positions Update and maintain the recruitment tracker by ensuring that all activities from the sourcing hub are updated Consistently provide reports and updates on the progress of each candidate and talent pool identified Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Create performance agreements for the team and set clear goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the internal team Monitor team performance and report on metrics weekly Ensure the team adheres to the ATS standards and recruitment workflows are timeously followed Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures Competencies Essential: Recruitment Applicant Tracking System knowledge Find solutions to potential issues as well as know when to escalate the problem and what level to escalate it to Ability to have a clear vision about what needs to be achieved Communicates in a confident and forceful manner to achieve the required goal Builds constructive working relationships Demonstrates accuracy by being thorough and checking details; produces high-quality work by being detailed Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and meet those timelines Provide motivation to the team and lead the team efficient recruitment processes Application Tracking System Skills, MS Office suite, digital recruitment platform skills Special conditions of employment: South African MIE, clear criminal and credit Driver license and own reliable transport Remuneration and benefits: Market-related salary Medical aid Provident fund Staff account ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED.
