FORMAL EDUCATION:- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification (will be an advantage)
EXPERIENCE:- 5 + years Recruitment and Selection experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on business development is essential
- Previous experience with a recruitment agency is required
- 360 recruitment experience
- Placement Partner experience required
- Proven track record of relevant placements made
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
- Ability to match skills according to client needs within the required time frame
- Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
- Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong approach to administrative tasks
- ICT recruitment/ sourcing experience will be an advantage
TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION- APSO registration (advantageous)
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and delivering on commitments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
Sourcing:- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media, to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
Recruitment Strategy:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
