As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist with a passion for both business development and sourcing to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist with a focus on business development and sourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates, while also employing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates. FORMAL EDUCATION: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification (will be an advantage) EXPERIENCE: 5 years Recruitment and Selection experience Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on business development is essential Previous experience with a recruitment agency is required 360 recruitment experience Placement Partner experience required Proven track record of relevant placements made Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates Ability to match skills according to client needs within the required time frame Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Strong approach to administrative tasks ICT recruitment/ sourcing experience will be an advantage TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION APSO registration (advantageous) RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and delivering on commitments. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities. Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media, to identify and attract top talent. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
