If you are seeking to expand or diversify your expertise in the refrigeration and HVAC field, an estabilished company with a branch in Wadeville and Cape Town is presenting an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate. The position requires a candidate with a stable work history who is reliable and self motivated, and has a strong technical proficiency in the repair, maintenance and installation of refrigeration units. They must exhibit the capability to work independantly or collaboratively while upholding full accountability. Additionally, the candiate will be required to effectively manage their workday to encompass all job aspects, including the timely completion of job cards and related documentation in adherence to the company's performance benchmark. Given the nature of our industry, the candidate will be required to undertake overtime work as needed. Trade tested or a minumum of five (5) years experience as a technician / mechanic in the refrigeration field. Should the candiate have any accreditations or certifications these must be recognised by MERSETA. The candidate must be proficent with all types of refrigerant, and Safe Handling of Refrigerant certification would be advantegeous. Market related however this is negotiable for the candiate who has a proven track record in the refrigeration field. Reliable LDB with canopy would be preferably for a monthly vehicle allowance, as would the candidate having their own tools. Apply Now
