SVA is actively looking for an experienced Regional Manager in Cape Town . If you have a passion for people, Risk Management, OHS and Training, then this position is perfect for you. (Travelling will be required) Site Meeting to be conducted Ensure that uniform standards of all employees are always correct Minted Meeting on all sites Night check on all nightshift sites twice a month Ensure that posting sheets are completed Manage the Compliance Officers by ensuring the allocated audits are conducted Recruitment of New Security Officers / Risk Administrators – Interviews to be conducted and the correct delegates to be chosen and employed. Identify where non-adherence to these procedures occur Manage the basic month end functions within the area. Overtime to be controlled and managed during the wage cycle Staff turnover to be managed Ensure termination process applied per company policy. Control site expenses. Wage Queries Leave (annual and sick) Lockups and closing of the stores Conduct LEGISLATIVE training when required (Travelling will be required) FF, FA, SHEQ etc. Conduct Security Trainings Schedules candidates / employees into training sessions. Track learner progress and training records. Enter training records into a database, etc. Site Meeting to be conducted Ensure that uniform standards of all employees are always correct Minted Meeting on all sites Night check on all nightshift sites twice a month Ensure that posting sheets are completed Manage the Compliance Officers by ensuring the allocated audits are conducted Recruitment of New Security Officers / Risk Administrators – Interviews to be conducted and the correct delegates to be chosen and employed. Wage Queries Leave (annual and sick) Lockups and closing of the stores Must be willing to travel Valid Driver's Licence essential PSIRA grade A would be an advantage Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Driver's Licence Management experience essential, computer literate, fluent in English Good administrative skills required and experience in IR essential Matric Good customer communication skills Qualified Facilitator and Assessor would be a huge advantage Salary Offered between R17000.00 and R20 000.00 (Based on expierience)
