Qualifications and Experience Qualification/s: • Business related qualification, Diploma or Certificate (Tertiary) Experience / Knowledge: As a senior leader, experience of 10 years or more Retail Operation management experience is essential. Expert knowledge of retail operations is a distinct advantage. • Previous experience as an Area Manager • Retail strong business acumen Competencies • Target and turnover driven • Good administration and merchandise skills • Excellent people management and IR skills • Good planning and organizational skills • Good interviewing, recruitment and coaching skills • Innovative leaderships and training and skills • Flair for fashion, energetic and self-motivated • Excellent communication skills • Ability to handle pressure
