The MarCom Marketing Manager, HGM for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the High Growth Markets (HGM) with development, execution and analysis of marketing & sales programs, campaigns, digital marketing, collaterals and trade shows. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Manage customer experience through marketing campaigns from leads to opportunities via internal CRM tools (SalesForce.com, Monday.com, etc). - Produce online & offline marketing and promotional materials, in accordance with the yearly marketing plan - Manage standard work process and visual dashboards for marketing and sales funnels. - Drive digital marketing tactics (eBLAST, landing pages, online ads, PPC, SEO, etc.) through collaboration with IT team, global marketing team, and 3rd party vendors. - Create and manage the channel partners' communication medium. Administrate marketing budget and ROI Accelerate and collaborate with marketing team The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing and communication with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 3 years exp. - Experience with design software programs (i.e. Illustrator, Photo Shop, InDesign) - Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Sitecore, Eloqua - Working knowledge of Medical Device, Diagnostics and/or Laboratory market is a plus. - Must have excellent communication skills as well as analytical and metric-driven to analyze data to drive decision making, project management and planning skills. - Ability to perform exceptionally well in fast paced, performance-oriented environment - Flexible, curious and tenacious with a can-do positive approach in a challenging business. - Self-starter, able to work independently - strong team player.
