To manage branch levers so that origination meets targets set by management. To maintain strong leadership qualities to develop staff to be “best of breed” and in so doing retain top performing consultants. Description To ensure that roll up branch, regional and national targets are achieved and hence contribute to maximising company profits and shareholder value. Achieve Sales Targets Ensure that branch and individual marketing plans in place Manage application flow & Manage business flow from various salesreports Maintain and manage sales pipeline. Manage sales productivity & Deal with exceptions and motivations Achieve Operational Excellence Branch reporting to Senior Management & Internal and external relationship management and building Managing client complaints and compliments Drive Amazing Service culture Manage costs associated to the Branch, within budget Manage Efficiency Ratio of branch Develop a culture of ethical behaviour Ensure efficient admin processes and controls are in place Maintain and improve standards in terms of: dress code, staff behaviour,branch appearance, vehicle appearance Manage and maintain equipment Ensure quick application turnaround times Leadership/ Management Effectiveness Manage Performance & Deal with disciplinary issues • Conduct meetings & Provide coaching in all aspects relevant to the job • Personal counseling with staff for anything required • Motivation staff to heighten performance • Drive a learning culture • Retain top performing consultants Recruitment Manage own and others time effectively • Use hands on management • Be transparent and fair • Develop team cohesiveness and moral Achieve sound marketing and PR effectiveness • Assess and understand local market dynamics • Develop and implement branch and individual marketing plans • Develop and implement PR plan • Manage marketing and PR pans to within budget Aligned to values and self development Manage team's behaviours to enhance the reputation and brand of your department and the company at all times Comply with all legislation governing the organisation Education Profile Matric Degree in Sales and Marketing Application Instructions Please forward your CV to ronalmyfuturecareer.co.za.
