We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automotive sector. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share within your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. New Brand Launch in South Africa is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automotive sector. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share within your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration within the automotive sector. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance excellence and achieve sales objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and distributors within the region to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets, developing partnerships, and securing new accounts. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional activities. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue targets, sales volume, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive sales to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements: 5 years Automotive Industry Experience of which 4 are sales based. Higher Education will be beneficial Apply Now
