Job Advert Summary PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To grow the Masakhane (Emerging Markets) General Trade and/or FSI market in the assigned region RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base Manage Staff Coordinate stakeholder relationships Minimum Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Degree Experience in working with senior management People management experience Business English: Fluent Computer literacy (Intermediate) Code 08 Driver's license Travel off-site/overnight stay Duties and Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy Coordinate the execution of the salesplan for Emerging Markets Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams Manage fixed costs Facilitate growth of Principal product sales Manage Staff Train and develop route teams and measure performance Manage and measure performance Set route teams salestargets and drive their achievement Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all Control overtime Coordinate stakeholder relationships Solve customer related issues and queries Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments Apply Now
