- Grade 12 (NQF 4).
- Tertiary Education in Training Or Development Diploma.
- 3-6 Years in retail environment (FMCG).
- 1-2 Years in managerial position.
- Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle.
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Regional Managers to analyze training requirements and compile training plans.
- Training Budget: Oversee training expenditure and ensure approval from the National Training Manager.
- Training Execution: Develop and update training materials and coordinate training sessions.
- Recruitment Support: Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and organize assessment logistics.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain training records, update feedback reports, and submit training registers.
- Meeting Participation: Regularly meet with store and regional managers and engage in training strategy meetings.
- Self-Management: Manage workload effectively, provide support to managers, and undertake additional tasks as required.
