Our client is looking for a young, dynamic and brilliant attorney with experience in Unit Trust Funds, Retirements Funds and/or Insurance Funds to join the team as a Legal Advisor / Regulatory and Compliance Officer. Admitted Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa Knowledge of Retirement Funds, Unit Trust Funds and/or Insurance Funds (essential) Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Global Best Practice/trends within the regulatory, compliance and governance framework Financial services regulation background or knowledge of the South Africa and Global regulatory landscape including risk management Minimum 3 years post qualification experience Our client is looking for a young, dynamic and brilliant attorney with experience in Unit Trust Funds, Retirements Funds and/or Insurance Funds to join the team as a Legal Advisor / Regulatory and Compliance Officer.
