Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to their property management team, helping streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Communication Guru: Excel in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed. A professional looking to broaden their experience & knowledge within the property industry [Extensive] experience and sound knowledge of the Sectional Title Scheme Management Act and Companies Act which governs HOA, and certification; A candidate that boasts strong administration skills and attention to detail; Experience as an Assistant to Property Portfolio Manager. Ensure that the websites of all complexes are updated monthly to reflect the latest documentation and information. Ensure that all relevant documentation required for audits is uploaded to the KSI website. Liaise with brokers for common property insurance claims, complete claim forms, obtain invoices and reports for incidents, and ensure that payments are allocated timely Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role (property management experience is a plus). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Grade 12 – High School Diploma or GED Relevantsectional title certificate (CPMD or Paddocks etc.) Home-Owners Association certificate will be advantageous Degree/Diploma is advantageous Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
