Relationship manager (Digital serviceS) - - Johannesburg

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Customer Relationship Liaison to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the exciting world of digital transformation and business process automation. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital services and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services based on customer needs and usage patterns.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing knowledge and guidance of our BPM and Print Management software solutions.
Identify and qualify new leads, proactively reaching out to generate excitement about our software offerings.
Collaborate with the software and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to successful implementation.
Manage and prioritize a dynamic workload, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer relationship management role.
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable navigating a technical landscape.
Experience with BPM and/or Print Management software solutions a plus.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced digital services environment.
