- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lodge or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for both roles.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is required.
- Familiarity with the Sabi Sands Game Reserve and wildlife is advantageous.
- Must be willing to live on-site at the lodge.
