Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Job Purpose: To effectively advise on and manage the remuneration and benefits framework and human resource records within the company Key performance areas: To implement and maintain the company's remuneration strategy; To monitor the implementation of the remuneration strategy, identify trends, and improve the efficacy of the remuneration strategy; To provide guidance and support to divisions and employees in relation to remuneration matters; To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies; To assist in the management of the business unit; Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of security clearance prior to appointment. Qualifications and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on the successful candidate. It is the applicant's responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
