Exceptional opportunity for a Remunerations Consultant to join the Rewards team of an established and respected financial services business at their group level. This role will be focused on the management of processes of incentive schemes and various remuneration and rewards projects to support their Head of Rewards. Bring your proven track record in this space along with your passion for rewards to a great team Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation of incentive schemes incl. administration, regulatory changes, rules etc. Analyse data and prepare and present recommendations Remuneration benchmarking Consult with HR Consultants regarding reward processes and policies Manage market data as relevant to the business units Job evaluations to ensure consistency and relevance to various job bands Requirements: Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Finance / Accounting or similar) Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a remunerations / rewards role within financial services or the rewards consulting space Excellent relationship building skills Highly analytical with genuine passion for this space Ability to be flexible and adaptable This is an Employment Equity designated opportunity, in line with our clients EE requirements.
