Responsible for:

Keep branch administration up to date.
Manage contracts on Embrace from opening to closing and submitting to invoicing.
Establish good customer relationships.
Maintain a high level of customer service and attend to all customer queries promptly.
Issue a contract for each hire.
Complete the contract in full including customer details, order number etc.
