Responsibilities:Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports (campaigns, data usage, chatbot, message sends etc.)Develop new reports to fit client needs.Reconciling spends for reportsExpedite data based on gender, province, mobile networks etc.Communicating and sending clients reportsExtracting leads from the portal and reconcilingAnalyse all reporting and provide insight into the results.Getting proof of flighting's and uploading to driveMinimum Qualifications:2 years' experience in a reporting / data analytics environmentExcellent knowledge of MS Excel - pivots, vlookup etcPowerBI, Grafana knowledge advantages (can be taught)Excellent knowledge of Google SheetsStrong logic, numeracy and analytical skillsBackground in customer service; industry knowledge is an advantageAttention to detail
