A luxury resort in Mozambique seeks to employ an experienced reservations consultant with the following MANDATORY experience:- Minimum of 5 years experience as a reservations consultant for upmarket lodges or island destinations. Strong eye for detail - every detail is to be taken care of in terms of flights and air transfers along with dietary requirements, indivual likes and dislikes. Hosptaility Management Diploma would be an advantage. Previous reservations consultant experience essential, at least 5 years. Experience working in a central res office may also be advantageous. Only candidates with the above specific experience need apply. Applicants who do not have the essential requirements, will not be contacted or communicated with. No skype or telephonic interviews will be given and candidates must be able to attend an interview in person. Open to South African citizens only.
