Hire Resolve's client, a leading engineering consultancy in Durban, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer specializing in Roads and Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Manage the successful implementation of road and infrastructure projects from conception to completion Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and standards Supervise construction activities and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions Prepare and submit reports on project status, budget, and quality Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and other project stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA Minimum of 8 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations Experience in project management and construction supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools Valid driver's license Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA Minimum of 8 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations Experience in project management and construction supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: R600K/yr - R1.2Mil/yr, negotiable Training and Development Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
