They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Portfolio Manager to join their team at their satellite office in Durbanville. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential rentals and have a proven track record of bringing in rental stock and effectively managing rental portfolios. The area concerned will cover Durbanville into the Winelands. Minimum Requirements: Matriculation further tertiary education highly beneficial Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Proven experience in residential property management, with a focus on rentals. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential rentals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
