Very busy Restaurant in the East Rand seeks a local manager to help run shifts with a team of managers .You must have a stable background ( no Job Hoppers) and a proven track record of good customer relations You will either open or close dependent on the shift.You should be able to cash up properly when closing . Good staff motivator .the restaurant can get VERY busy but the owners expect good service at all times They need an open friendly person with good management skills You must have a background in fully seated restaurants .Will not consider Fast Food background
