Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. Requirements: Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent. 5 years experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role. Competence in Microsoft Office suite. Able to work long hours and overtime when required. Work well under pressure. Good customer service. Responsibilities/Duties: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and effectively to customer complaints. Regularly review product quality. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Make future projections for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it. Create detailed reports on weekly, and monthly expenses. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. Coordinating departmental tasks and overseeing food and beverages. R 18 500 p.m, no benefits provided.
