Our client in the Hospitality sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitabilit Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure a high level of service and productivity. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to maintain high standards of performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including cost control measures and upselling techniques. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
