As a QSR Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the QSR, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive profitability. Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation and service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner. Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among staff members. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
