RESTAURANT MANAGER – 5-STAR PROPERTY (PAARL REGION) We have a dynamic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager at a five star property in Paarl. The ideal individual is a hands-on, service orientated manager with previous experience in managing high-end properties. Strong operational skill-set, with the ability to lead and continuously develop staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in a sophisticated / hight-end restaurant environment. The key role is to oversee and manage the Food and Beverage operations.
