Our client, a beautiful lifestyle estate, just outside Franschoek, requires the services of a passionate restaurant manager. Key functions • Managing staff • Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed • Focus on best guest experience Minimum requirements • At least 3 years' experience as restaurant manager • Grade 12 is essential • Relevant qualification • Afrikaans and English speaking • Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours) • Own transport • Client services experience is essential • Able to work under pressure
