Requirements Knowledge of Micros Systems 3 years of experience in a management position Well-spoken and presentable individual Strong leader who can oversee employees Matric Formal Degree/ Diploma Job Duties and Responsibilities Train, motivate, and manage all restaurant staff Assist with queries and guest complaints Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant Daily meetings and handovers with staff Staff rostering Maintain and achieve restaurant targets Do monthly stock takes Salary R15 000 to R18 000. Live-In with 3 meals a day included
