Responsibilities will include:
- Administrative duties such as going through monthly financials and reports and overseeing stock takes, ordering, efficiencies and staff
- Events - setting budgets, timelines and implementing
- Front of house hosting - act as Manager on the floor during events and on busy weekends, create a team spirit and lead and motivate the team, check on customers and orders ensuring highest quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Crisis management - making the correct decisions for the company as issues arise and putting in place strategies with staff and procedures to best suit the company
Requirements:
- Hospitality experience essential
- Must be aesthetically driven - must have a strong understanding of style, decor and presentation of events and dishes
- Must have good leadership qualities and be able to delegate effectively
- Not afraid to try new things
- Understands that things need to happen quickly in this fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills to ensure customers are always satisfied
- Must be able to stay calm in stressful and pressured environments
