Restaurant Senior Front of House Manager - Knysna
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification would be advantageous
- 4+ years floor management experience in restaurants will be considered
- Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite and POS
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Contactable references
- Must be well-spoken.
- Exceptional customer relations skills
- Exceptional knowledge of front of house operations and restaurant settings
- Strong familiarity with customer service principles
- Skilled in motivating an equally engaging staff to maintain customer service standards
- Solid communications - organizational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as necessary
