Restaurant Senior General Manager - Knysna

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 4-5 years' experience within a top 5* hotel or fine dining high volume restaurant environment
• Familiar with MS Office Suite applications especially word and excel
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Strong administration skills with demonstrated ability to manage and lead others
• Good experience in Front of House operations in a restaurant setting
• Strong familiarity with customer service principles
• Strong training skills
• Skilled in motivating an equally engaging staff to maintain customer service standards
• Adept at assessing revenue intake and working within budgetary guidelines
• Solid communications organizational and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as necessary
• Good track record with contactable references
• Marketing skills to drive the business forward
• Exceptional time management skills
