Seeking an experienced candidate to assist with the general management of this upmarket hotel restaurant, implementing prescribed systems, maintaining brand standards etc with the following essential requirements:- Formal hospitality training / education (degree / diploma) Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience in recognized hotels of either 4 or 5 standard Front of house as well as back of house experience Must be guest centred and undertstand how to work with people from all types of backgrounds Must be prepared to work flexible / variable working hours, nights and weekends Stable track record essential Good staff skills and be able to train and get the message accorss effectivly to improve standards Only candidates with strong hotel food and beverage experience with both FOH and BOH skills experience, need apply.
