Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. Train and mentor staff to uphold our client's standards of service and culinary excellence. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with management to develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to undergo credit and criminal background checks. Reside on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and restaurant management software. Between 3 - 5 Years
