RESPONSIBILITIES Quick check of hardware (MRI) Apple Software support and updates (not applicable to third party software) Email Support and set up Time Machine set up iCloud and Apple ID Support Make OS Installer disks for clients Every fundi booking should be a booking with details via the website Trade in-assessments are to be authorised by Branch/Assistant Manager MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric 2 years' Junior Technician Mac / Apple /ICloud experience Computer literate on MS Word and Excel Good communication skills Self-Starter and able to work independently Ability to work in pressurised environment.
