As a leading recruitment agency, RPO Recruitment aims to connect talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities in the retail industry. As a Retail Leaser, you will be responsible for leasing retail spaces to prospective tenants. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, negotiate lease terms and conditions, and build strong relationships with clients and property owners. Your goal will be to maximize occupancy rates and rental revenues while ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with lease agreements. If you have a passion for the retail industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Requirements Proven experience in retail leasing or a related role. Knowledge of retail market trends and tenant requirements. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners. Demonstrated track record of achieving leasing targets and objectives. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
