Retail Leasing Manager - - Durban

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, developing and retaining excellent relationships with tenants and professional teams, sourcing and securing Retailers for the project, market research, and relevant administrative tasks.

Requirements:

4-5 years retail leasing experience with a track record of achieving retail leasing with national, international or niche tenants
4-5 years retail leasing in a new development environment with centre being over 20 000m2
Must have relevant qualifications required in terms of the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) and hold FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate)
Suggested: Business Qualification would be advantageous such as a Degree / Diploma in Retail Management
SACSC Certificate
Registered and hold an active FFC
Thorough understanding of retail management and leasing
Understanding of all government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail / property sector
Must have own reliable transport
