The Role: We are looking for high energy and confident Retail Sales Associates, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. If you have a strong selling instinct and enjoy impressing customers with your knowledge about tech and other products, then this position is for you Basic Salary with opportunity to with commission, medical aid & provident fund after probation. Store Locations: Midlands Mall Key Responsibilities: Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience. Welcoming customers and ascertaining their needs and requirements. Educate customers about our products and offering. Taking the customer through the verification process at the self-help kiosks and being the point of contact for any questions or assistance. Exceed Customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions. Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology. Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times. Actively keeping track of sales performance against target. Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times. Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regards to verification and fulfilment procedure. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/Matric/NQF L3/ NQF 4 2 Years experience in retail and sales. Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
