Achieving monthly sale targets. Accurately invoicing. Follow up on sales orders, when needed. Process sales orders. Demonstrate equipment to clients. Client communication. Accurate and efficient completion of quotations, as per clients' request. Keeping abreast of product and service development. Familiarise yourself with new products and new service offerings. Complete SEED Training. Attend specific training sessions assigned to you from your manager. Stock control. Ensure accurate pricing of retail items. Request stock from procurement, when required. Re-stock shelves, when required. Ability to follow up and convert sales leads Ability to communicate new product developments to prospective clients Good attention to detail and follow-up Good knowledge of the local retail market Good technical knowledge Good understanding of clients' needs. Good Numeracy skills with ability to make accurate basic calculations quickly. Good understanding of marketing and sales methods Effective people relationship building skills and ability to develop rapport. Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Computer literate Good time management, planning and organisation skills. Matriculation certificate
