Introduction A retail company. Description Job brief Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Retail Senior Sales Consultant to join their team at their new store in Waterkloof - Pretoria. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and offer them the best possible solutions. Your responsibilities will include selling products, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive sales ability, and a passion for customer service. This role requires someone who can provide a high level of customer service while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities Greet customers and determine their needs and wants. Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements. Provide advice to clients on a variety of products. Discuss available options, specifications, and functionality of different products. Answer customers’ queries and concerns. Showcase and demonstrate products effectively. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Process payments and handle cash transactions with customers. Assist in inventory management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Profile Qualifications Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or similar role Proficiency in English Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
