They are looking for a Retail Store Manager to join their brand new store in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be required to do training in Johannesburg prior to the Cape Town branch opening in July 2024. JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing day-to-day operations Stock control Managing staff Ensuring excellent customer service Maximizing profit EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Matric Tertiary qualification in retail, management or similar (advantageous) EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Retail management experience of at least 5 years Experience in retail management, including managing staff and inventory Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with merchandising and visual display Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Excellent communicator and a strong leader POPIA By Submitting your CV, you confirm that: We may retain your personal information in our database for future matching.
