Our client, a leading Fashion Group of companies is seeking to employ a retail store manager for their store based in the west rand, Westgate Shopping centre Duties & Responsibilities The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store. They will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-staffed, clean, and organized, and that all customer needs are met. They will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to increase sales. Desired Experience & Qualification 2 years of retail management experience Wiiling to work retail mall hours Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong knowledge of the retail industry and current retail trends Experience with inventory management and point of sale systems Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service R 12 000 - R 15 000 Commission
