Handling client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person with efficiency and a smile. Directing client complaints or complex queries to the right departments for swift resolution. Providing clients with technical support on products and services to keep them happy and satisfied. Escalating critical issues to management to ensure swift resolution and happy clients. Maintaining positive client relations by regularly checking in and following up on ongoing processes. Keeping accurate client records and documenting processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Identifying potential client service concerns and taking proactive steps to address them. Staying informed about new products and emerging trends in client services to always be ahead of the curve. Recommending product improvements based on valuable client services feedback to keep our clients smiling. What we're looking for: A clean financial and criminal record because we value integrity and trustworthiness. At least 2 years of call center experience because we know you've got what it takes to handle anything. Familiarity with Short Term Insurance is a plus because we're all about going above and beyond. RE5 and FAIS certifications are a must because we're committed to excellence. Demonstrated extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service because we know you're a superstar.
