Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-established furniture manufacturing company in Cape Town to recruit a Returns Manager. As the Returns Manager, you will oversee the returns process and ensure a seamless and efficient handling of returned products. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the returns process and improve customer satisfaction Manage the returns team and provide guidance and support Ensure timely processing and resolution of customer returns Investigate the root causes of returns and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate records and reports of returns data Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, quality control, and logistics Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Monitor and track return trends and provide recommendations for product improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements Proven experience in a returns management or similar role Strong understanding of returns processes and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is preferred Knowledge of quality control principles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
